David Bingham and Butch Bockmier, joined up to start Park Place LTD in 1987, capitalizing on their love of cars and to build a business unlike any other on the west coast

Butch co-founded Park Place LTD in 1987, and what started as a small wholesale dealer in 1987, Butch has helped make into one of the premier full service special interest dealerships on the West Coast.

Ryan came to Park Place after graduating from the University of Western Ontario as a Business Finance Major. He is as passionate about customer service as he is about cars. "If we provide our customers with the highest level of service for all their automotive needs, they will be our customers for life.”

Richard started in automotive sales in 1983 after a 10 year career in the banking industry. Predictably, he’s now a finance manager and he now puts his decades of experience to work for the many clients of Park Place.

David Bruski loves his job because enjoys meeting people and helping them find the right car for their needs. From daily luxury drivers to sports cars, collector cars, dedicated track cars, and commuter cars with style, David wants to help you find what you need.

A real car enthusiast, Rene had owned and driven over 77 cars starting before he even had a driver's license. Rene relies on his 20 years of experience as a sales consultant involved with exotic, classic, collectable and high-line pre-owned cars to ensure that you have a positive and worthwhile experience purchasing the vehicle that meets your needs.

Tim has been in the collector car and special interest auto market for over 20 years with a focus on high-line cars including Ferrari and Porsche along with his personal interest in muscle cars and classics. He is a three-time Park Place Salesman of the Year (2004, 2007 and 2008), and is very proficient in market analysis as well as in locating hard to find automobiles. Tim's past experience includes owning an automotive accessories business and he is currently the Vice President of the Specialty Vehicle Dealers Association (SVDA).

Shannon joined Park Place in April of 2004 and brings a wealth of knowledge of Italian and European cars after working at the Ferrari/Maserati dealer for many years. Shannon grew up in Eastern Washington and is an automotive since he was young. He is a member of the local Lotus, Ferrari, and Alfa Romeo clubs and is very involved in local community events.

David started his automobile career in 1987 at Olympic Auto Mall in Chicago. Prior to Park Place Ltd, David worked for Phoenix Mercedes Benz in Arizona. David believes in the long term relationship based on trust and integrity.

Monte first joined Park Place in 1991 and has been selling high-line automobiles for the past 20+ years. He has a vast knowledge of Aston Martin, Ferrari, Mercedes, BMW, Porsche and many other types of exotic sports and luxury cars. Monte will be happy to help you acquire the car of your dreams.

Director, Chris Lowell, was a repeat Park Place customer before coming to work here in 2001. Chris’s dedication to superior customer service and professionalism are part of what makes our Consignment Program so successful. Chris wants to go the extra mile to help you get your car sold and achieve the best results possible.

Jared came to Park Place in 2002 after graduating from the University of Washington. He has wide ranging automotive knowledge and is a certifiable petrol-head, always with a vintage daily driver and a love of motorcycling. Jared is dedicated to making Park Place's web site and advertising the best in the business, and if you enjoy flowery prose about cool cars, he's your man.

Bryan is the newest addition to the Park Place Sales Team. He hails from Newport Beach, California and comes to us after a stint at the Audi dealer. In between, he spent 13 years in Las Vegas, NV selling high-end real estate and honing his skills in catering to the needs of demanding customers with his engaging personality and forthright manner.
