PRICE REDUCED! ---- This ultra-low mileage, Black on Black 911 Turbo S is an immaculately kept example. It had an original MSRP of $170,990, which included $8,390 in factory options, and comes complete with the orginal owner handbooks, dealer maintenance records, and a spotless CarFax history report.
Optional equipment included the Carbon Fiber Interior Package, Adaptive Sport Seats with heaters, extended leather appointments of the A, B, and C pillars, rear parking sensors, and incredible 19" RS-Spyder light alloy center locking wheels that look like they came straight off of a LeMans race car. The Turbo S model came with a long list of high-end features as standard equipment including GPS navigation with "fly-over" view, Bose premium audio, Bluetooth phone connectivity, Universal Audio Interface with iPod & USB integration, auto-dimming mirrors, automatic climate control, fully leather upholstered dash and door panels, and Bi-Xenon head lamps -- just to name a few.
Of course, leather-lined, Bose-stuffed goodness is all well and nice, but the real heart of the Turbo S -- and the reason you're likely reading this in the first place -- is found under the skin: Direct injected 3.8L H6, twin variable geometry Turbos, 530hp/516lb-ft, standard 7-speed PDK dual clutch gearbox, standard Porsche Carbon Ceramic Brakes, standard Sport Chrono Package, active engine mounts, rear-biased all-wheel-drive system, specially tuned chassis with Porsche Active Suspension Management, improved throttle response. Road and Track tested the Turbo S 0-60 in 2.6 seconds. They simply declared it, "Stupid fast, like bordering on Bugatti Veyron fast."
Beyond the sheer speed, the 2011 Turbo S is the culmination of everything the 997 could be, and some might argue, some of what the 991 lacks. If you are looking for one, you will come across no better example than the one pictured here.
