The 1950 Mercury "Woody" Wagon is one of the rarest of the Woody Wagons. Mercury made the wagons for 3 years from 1949-1951 with just 13,602 of these 8 passenger vehicles built during that time span. 1950 saw the least amount produced, with only 1,746. This was also the last year that Ford (who made these) used 100% wood construction in creating these beautiful cars. Originally, a Ford Flathead V-8 was the powerplant inside the Mercury Wagon. It contained 255.4ci and produced 110hp @ 3800 rpm. The upgrade in this Wagon will get you down the road much quicker than it did in 1950.
