This Chevelle is certainly an attention grabber and has benefited from a comprehensive professional restoration, repainted in the correct Burgundy color with Black stripes. The body on this Chevelle is outstanding, perfectly straight panels with the correct gaps show the high-level of craftsmanship that this car was subject to. All the exterior chrome and brightwork was replated, repolished or replaced during the restoration. New Fuel Delivery and Exhaust, Electrical and Ignition System with Upgraded Alternator and Wiring, Upgraded Cooling System Including Radiator and Cooling Fan, Water Pump and all New Belts and Hoses, Master Cylinder and Booster, New Weatherstripping.
Inside, the cabin is also in outstanding condition throughout and features all-new vinyl upholstery with bucket front seats, wood grain trim, and the floor-mounted shift lever sitting proudly above fresh black carpeting. The seats are covered in the correct black vinyl and are in excellent condition with no discernible flaws. The dash, fascia, gauges and controls, headliner glovebox, carpets, knobs, and lights are all correct and in excellent order. The trunk, as well, shows excellent. Undercarriage and all running gear are outstanding, near-new condition. This Chevelle presents in a most appealing fashion and coupled with a 396ci powerplant, console, gauges, correct black sport bucket seats, custom Foose wheels and finally the black rally stripes on the expertly finished burgundy paintwork make it difficult not to fall in love with this 46-year-old classic.
