Position Overview: Service Technician
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Automotive Technician to join our world-class service team. This position offers the unique opportunity to work on a diverse range of luxury, exotic, and classic vehicles. While the role is not limited to Aston Martin or Lotus vehicles, a strong interest in those brands is highly encouraged.
We welcome candidates with a background in modern performance or classic car service, and those with dealership experience who are ready to take their career to the next level.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform repairs and maintenance as outlined on work orders, with accuracy and efficiency
- Diagnose vehicle issues using proper diagnostic tools and procedures
- Conduct road tests to verify completed repairs
- Follow all safety protocols and manufacturer standards
- Document all work performed in the dealer management system, including time, procedures, and outcomes
- Communicate effectively with the Service Advisor team for clarity and job accuracy
- Maintain a clean, professional, and organized workspace
- Supply and maintain your own full set of standard technician tools
Qualifications
- 2+ years of technician experience preferred; dealership or luxury/exotic experience a plus
- ASE certifications (or equivalent manufacturer certifications) preferred
- Proficiency in diagnosing and servicing a variety of makes and models
- Strong attention to detail, work ethic, and time management
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- A passion for cars and a desire to grow within a collaborative, high-performing team
Bonus Points
- Prior experience with European/luxury vehicles and/or Classics
- Interest or experience in classic car restoration or mechanical preservation
- Knowledge of modern diagnostic platforms and tools
