He has nearly four decades of experience in the automotive business and puts this expertise to work overseeing much of the day-to-day operations of Park Place. - With a passion for collector and special interest vehicles, and especially vintage Corvettes, Butch ensures we always have some of the most interesting and diverse inventories of collectable cars on the West Coast. He also spearheads Park Place’s participation in many of the major collector car and highline auctions, including most of Barrett-Jackson’s and Mecum's events. - Butch lives in Bellevue, WA with his wife, Michelle, and their daughters, Stacia and Alexa. For his ultimate "Dream Garage," he says he would have a hard time narrowing it down, but when pressed would pick a '57 Continental Mark II, a carbon fiber bodied CRC "62" C5 Corvette finished in Torch Red with a red leather interior, and a Black Superformance Cobra, "like the one I already have!".

Chris was a two-time Rolex Grand Am GTS champion behind the wheel of a Saleen S7R, running his own team with Park Place Racing and is currently a licensed 100-ton yacht captain. - David is an avid vintage racer, campaigning his ex-Sterling Moss Lotus 23 sports racer. His dream garage is already full with a 993 Turbo S, an aluminum bodied 1964 Shelby Cobra (289), and the aforementioned Lotus vintage racer. He drives a Panamera Turbo S daily in the slot next to Shari’s 911 C4S. - Other than cars, David is an avid boater and golfer. He also is involved with many local charitable organizations like Children’s Hospital and the Le May museum, as well as others. He is a season ticket holder for the football team of his alma mater, the University of Washington Huskies, and the Seahawks.

Managing Partner
Ryan joined the Park Place team in 2024 as the Managing Partner of the new ownership group. With management consulting experience with clients such as the United States Department of Defense, Amazon Web Services, Microsoft, and private equity firms across the Pacific Northwest, he brings his marketing, operations, and finance skills to the table as he helps the Park Place team chart a course for new horizons. Is known at work for: Being a Swiss army knife who can see the big picture, according to Jason and Michael M. For well over 20 years, David has made his place exclusively in the luxury car business, dividing his experience between official Mercedes-Benz dealers in Chicago and Phoenix, AZ before joining the Park Place team in 2005. David is passionately dedicated to top level, old world "client hospitality". He is willing to spend the extra time to ensure all questions are answered, with great attention to detail, while obtaining the best possible results for his customers. And everyone he deals with loves this service and attention; David routinely ranks highest in the Customer Satisfaction Index, and has earned Park Place LTD Salesman of The Year honors twelve times, and has been runner-up an additional three times. Dave Bruski started his automotive career locally in 1980, which eventually led him to Park Place LTD in 1991, making him the longest tenured employee in Park Place's history. Dave loves his job because he enjoys meeting people and helping them find the perfect car for their needs. Bruski speculates, "I must have put 100,000 miles on that pedal car before I out grew it." Next came Match Box cars, Hot Wheels, Slot Cars, even the riding lawn mower! And, by age 12, he had learned to drive real cars on his Grandfather's farm in Montana operating trucks, tractors, combines, motorcycles…David was hooked; he had a passion for anything with wheels. Naturally, David ended up with a career in the automotive industry, which led him to Park Place LTD in 1991, making him the longest tenured employee in Park Place's history. “Bruski”, as his friends and clients often call him, resides in Bothell, WA with his beautiful daughter, along with their Yorkshire Terrier and Papillon. As you would expect from such an automotive enthusiast, he has owned a wide array of interesting cars including Alfa Romeos, BMWs, Porsches, Fiats, Fords, Chevys, Datsun's, Mini Cooper S, VW, a Pantera, Audi's, and various motorbikes. When pressed, David admits, "I have to say the Cooper S is one of my favorites to drive everyday, but I miss my 911 the most." Other than cars, Bruski has always been interested in computers, tech gadgets, and future technologies. If you want to get an informed opinion on subjects like Green Cars or the future of transportation in our country, David is a great place to start. “I've been called ‘Inspector Gadget’ before,” he admits.
