NCRS Top-Flight award winning 1967 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray Convertible. This highly original, numbers-matching 1967 Chevrolet Corvette is an extremely attractive Ermine White Stingray convertible that has achieved NCRS National Top Flight Status. It has been fully restored, impeccably kept and shows in stunning condition throughout.
This Corvette rolled off the St. Louis assembly line in February 1967 finished in Ermine White over Red- one of only 1,423 Stingrays that were ordered in white from the factory. In addition to being a rare color, it was ordered with a number of desirable performance features starting with none other than the triple carbureted L71 435hp 427ci V8 under the hood, close-ratio 4-speed manual transmission and 3.55 Positraction rear end. It was also ordered with a white top, matching the white body and contrasting nicely against the red interior.
Restored in the mid-90's and impeccably cared for and maintained since, this Stingray is an incredibly well done convertible that has earned NCRS Top Flight honors. During the restoration, the aging finish was stripped and professionally redone in correct Ermine White with an aggressive Red Stinger. Side pipes were then added, elevating this Stingray's antagonistic attitude. The interior was likewise redone in correct Red vinyl with correct push button AM/FM radio and wood rim steering wheel.
This Stingray was actually won, along with a C6 ZR1, by its most recent owner in a raffle that benefitted the Kids Wish Network in 2011 and was featured in the January 2011 issue of Vette Magazine.
We have the applicable NCRS judging sheets and certificates on file with this Corvette, as well as service and maintenance records, a copy of the original tank sticker and the original owners manual, protection plan booklet and option/accessories brochure.
