Beautifully Restored 1968 Camaro SS 350 Tribute in Original Color Ermine White with Black Rally Stripes over an impeccably refinished Original Color Red Interior. 350ci V8 Engine backed by a proper 4-Speed Manual Trans with cueball shift knob. Odo show 85,960 miles (believed original). Cowl Hood, Edelbrock Carb and Intake Manifold, Upgraded Ignition System, Coated Headers, Dual Exhaust, Front Airdam and Trunk Spoiler, 15" Polished Wheels with newer Radial GT Tires. Red Bucket Seats, Headliner, Dash, Carpet and Interior Trim are all in outstanding condition. Center Console with Gauges. Brightwork in fabulous condition. 3-spoke wood-trimmed steering wheel. Crow Racing seat belts. Built to provide modern reliability and a streetable driving attitude, this Camaro SS tribute sits just right, the engine compartment is show car gorgeous and it drives like the dream it is.
Built on June 2, 1968 in Los Angeles, this eye-catching Generation 1 Camaro is an attention grabber and has benefited from a comprehensive professional restoration, repainted in correct Ermine White with Black stripes. The body on this Camaro is outstanding, perfectly straight panels with the correct gaps show the high-level of craftsmanship that this car was subject to. All the exterior chrome and brightwork was replated, repolished or replaced during the restoration, and the car also features a functional Cowl Induction hood, correct 15" Rally wheels and newer Radial GT tires. Upgraded Carb and Intake Manifold, Electrical and Ignition System with Upgraded Alternator and Wiring, Upgraded Cooling System Including Radiator and Cooling Fan, Water Pump and all New Belts and Hoses, Master Cylinder and Booster. New Weatherstripping.
Inside, the cabin is also in outstanding condition throughout and features all-new vinyl upholstery with bucket front seats, center console, wood grain trim, floor shifter and console gauges. The 4-speed manual shift lever with white cue ball shift knob sits proudly above a center console with gauges. The seats are covered in the correct red vinyl and are in excellent condition with no discernible flaws. The dash, fascia, gauges and controls, headliner glovebox, carpets, knobs and lights are all correct and in excellent order. The trunk, as well, shows excellent, correct jack, spare and floor covering are all present. Undercarriage and all running gear are outstanding, factory-fresh condition. This SS clone presents in a most appealing fashion and coupled with 4-speed manual trans, console, gauges, correct red sport bucket seats, chromed steel rally wheels and finally the black rally stripes make it difficult not to fall in love with this near 50 year-old classic.
