This rare Viper (1 of Only 287 Made) came with an original MSRP of $89,640 with $3,895 in Factory Options, consisting of; the previously noted Dual Silver Stripes ($3,000), Polished Aluminum Wheels ($700), Digital Satellite Radio ($195). Standard features include; Sport Suspension, Engine Oil Cooler, A/C, Alarm System, Boot Cover. There's no doubt about it: the Dodge Viper is a sports car that has stomped over the competition. Powered by a pushrod 8.3L V-10 engine generating 510 HP and 525 lb-ft of torque. The hint of old school rawness in the Viper's performance is coupled with one of the most muscular-looking shapes ever, the SRT-10 coupe being the somewhat limited production variant. This example is pristine condition throughout and will be a fantastic addition to any garage.
The Dodge Viper truly is one of the last analog sports cars, with a massive V10 under the hood and not much in terms of electronic nannies. The 8.3L V10 is tuned to develop 510hp/525lb-ft of torque and send it to the rear wheels through a 6-speed manual transmission -- just as a proper performance car should. A Multi-point fuel injection system ensures optimum fuel delivery at all ranges. This Viper has the optional 18"/19" polished aluminum wheels, and the optional Dual Silver Painted Stripes. A limited slip differential is standard.
Not blinded by sheer performance, Dodge outfitted the Viper with a cabin that features leather & suede upholstery along with air conditioning and power windows. A well-designed dash layout logically places necessary controls. The leather wrapped steering wheel with tilt adjustment, air conditioning, RDS audio system with AM/FM/CD, and height adjustable pedals help make the cabin a comfortable place to spend quality driving time.
