Looking nefarious in black-on-black with black wheels, this 2006 Porsche Cayman is a sinister mid-engine performance coupe. This Cayman S has known limited previous owners and has been extremely well-kept since new, showing in much finer condition than mileage might imply. Original MSRP for this Cayman was $67,040, and it has been upgraded with a few choice performance and tech upgrades. The Park Place LTD Service Center has performed a thorough inspection on this Cayman, and new brake rotors were installed in October 2014.
Thanks to its mid-engine layout, lightweight 3.4L flat-six, and sport-tuned suspension, the Porsche Cayman S is arguably the best handling and offers the most rewarding driving dynamic of any Porsche model. The 3.4L engine develops a stout 295hp, sending powering to the rear wheels via a proper six-speed manual transmission. To further enhance this Cayman S, a previous owner had a Fabspeed performance exhaust installed, dropping backpressure and adding a killer soundtrack, as well as replacing the stock wheels with lightweight black OZ Raxing 18" wheels.
Inside the cockpit, this Cayman S features optional full leather, dual-stage heated front seats, Porsche floor mats, auto climate control, stainless steel door sills and Cayman model insignia inlay on the console storage bin lid. Additionally, the same previous owner had the original AM/FM radio replaced by a Pioneer AVIC-Z3 touchscreen unit with GPS navigation, Bluetooth® telephone connectivity and iPod integration. HomeLink, cruise control and a power rear spoiler are standard features.
Included with this Cayman S are the owner's books, a CarFax vehicle history report and record of the Park Place LTD Service Center inspection and service.
