Performance Modified 2008 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution. Finished in metallic Rally Red over Black, this Lancer Evolution has been taken from a very capable factory performance sedan to a nail-driving rally machine with over $16,000 in performance upgrades. The car has known just two owners since being sold new and has been adult-owned its whole life. All of the performance upgrades were professionally installed here in the Northwest.
Lancer Evolution GSR models come equipped from the factory with very desirable performance features including a turbocharged engine, 5-speed manual transmission, all-wheel drive, a performance suspension and factory aero body work. To improve on the factory performance, this Evo's previous owner upgraded the 2.0L engine with an AMS Intercooler, Injector Design 1000cc fuel injectors, TiAL recirculating blow-off valve, Grimmspeed 3-port boost control, Mishimoto X-Line radiator and an AMS high-flow catalytic converter, among other upgrades. A custom-designed exhaust system was fabricated for this Evo, complete with electronically controlled dump valves that transform this Evo's soundtrack from nearly stock to ground-pounding when called upon. All said and done, this Evo develops a dyno-proven 363hp and 379lb-ft of torque at the wheels!
An all-aluminum Magnus clutch master cylinder, Magnus stainless clutch lines and Works short shifter further enhance this Evo's performance, and the suspension was almost completely overhauled with Swift sport coilover springs, WhitelIne front and rear sway bars, Whiteline adjustable rear sway bar endlinks, AMS bushings, Perrin positive steering response system, Robispec solid rear camber links and Whiteline roll center correction kit.
Inside, this Lancer is essentially as-delivered with an AEM A-Pillar Boost & O2 gauges added. Factory options include a factory-upgraded aero bodykit, 30GB HDD GPS navigation and the highly desirable Sight, Sound & Spoiler Package that adds Xenon head lamps, Rockford Fosgate premium audio system, 6-disc CD changer, Sirius Satellite radio and Fastkey keyless ignition. Additionally, a premium VentureShield clear bra has been installed to protect the metallic exterior finish.
Included with this Evo is a binder with a compelte run-down of performance upgrades, records for performance work, dyno printout, CarFax history report and record of the pre-sale inspection that was completed at the Park Place LTD Service Center.
