This Cayman's compact, but well-finished and comfortable cabin is in outstanding condition, starting with the signature dash-mounted ignition to the left of the three-spoke sport steering wheel, flawless black dash, impeccable black leather seats and trim panels, to the cockpit style gauge cluster and the brushed aluminum accent trim throughout. The factory upgrade Preferred Package adds Heated Front Seats, Self-Dim Mirrors and Rain Sensor. Plus, the Bose High-End audio system package with 13 speakers was originally included.
The optional Sport Chrono Package was another factory upgrades included on this superb 2008 Porsche Cayman S. This add-on provides simultaneous enhancement for the chassis, engine and transmission -- accompanied by an even more emotive sound. In addition to the Performance Display, a digital and an analogue stopwatch, the Sport Chrono Package also includes dynamic transmission mounts. Another component is the SPORT PLUS button. When this is pressed, optional Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM) switches to 'Sport' mode for harder damping and more direct steering and, therefore, even more intensive road holding.
The top-line 'S' variant also has a subtle black front spoiler lip, a large single oval exhaust. This Cayman S wears 18-inch wheels fitted with low-profile tires over it's massive red brake calipers that possess prodigious stopping power. The factory upgraded Bi-Xenon headlight Package with projector beam lenses and wash/wipe headlight cleaners were also factory installed on this loaded Cayman S.
