The Evora 400 is Lotus' latest offering and is powered by a Supercharged 3.5L/400hp V6 Engine that's backed by a proper 6-Speed Manual Gearbox. The weight reduction was in part made possible with new carbon body panels. The biggest being the louvered carbon one-piece tailigate. Other reasons for the weight loss are that of the adoption of a litium-ion battery, ultra-lightweight forged wheels and a lightweight windscreen surround.

The exquisite 3.5-litre V6 engine has been modified significantly to achieve the supercar performance of the Evora 400. Its induction system has been supplemented by a revised supercharger and a water-to-air chargecooler, that raises power to an outstanding 400 hp (406 ps). Select the first of its six, close-ratio, manual gears and the acceleration is viscerally exciting. With a top speed of 190 and tha ability to go from 0-60mph in 3.9 seconds experience from within the Evora 400's purposefully equipped and comfortable cabin, providing proof positive that Lotus makes supercar ownership not only extremely focused but also both entrancing and giant-killing.
